My journey in Cyber Security
At the age of 22, I left my family behind, I wanted to grow and explore myself so I moved to #aotearoa in 2015.
In 6 years I have learned a lot and have come a long way! Today I am more determined, resilient, and tolerant than I was a few years ago.
I’ve always had a growth mindset, I uprooted my life at a young age in search of something better!
I am so proud of what I did, I believed in myself!
To all my #newzealand whanau — If an immigrant approaches you for an opportunity, give them their first chance if you can.
To migrate to a new country takes a high level of confidence. You will get a chance to work with people who believe in their ability to figure things out, they are mostly unafraid of new challenges and proactively reaching for them.
I wouldn’t be, where I am today without the help and support of some amazing humans who believed in me, gave me an opportunity, and provided a platform to showcase my ability!
